    This document describes at Level 3 the CDS processing associated with     
    the Phase 2 flight s/w changes. For each instrument the data pickup is    
    summarized, followed by a description of the processing needed to form    
    the packets. Finally, their is a brief description of the instruments     
    Phase 2 Flight software changes.                                          
                                                                              
    The ASCII version of this document is worthless and may actually          
    be misleading. It has been included on this volume in order to            
    comply with the PDS requirement that there be an ASCII version of         
    all documents. Many of the lines in the original document have been       
    'stricken through' to indicate that the are no longer correct. This
