This data set includes 1-minute averages of the electric and magnetic wave spectra obtained during the period that the Galileo plasma wave receiver was operated during the first flyby of Io during the Jupiter orbit insertion maneuver.

File naming (TYYMMDDX.TAB):

T - Indicating file name is based on time
YYMMDD - Year, month, and day data was taken
X - E for electric field data, B for magnetic field data
