This mini load covers the recovery burn time period only. The requests 
are for the NAV team.

We used almost same changes to seq defs for Opnav BPs made via real-time command
on tuesday Feb 1 (and as described in 00031 notes file) except went back to 
clear filter for the 4 999 ms man exp (seq 9):  

seq 29 became manexp 150ms through filter 4
seq 9  became 3  man exp 999 through filter 0 (clear)
seq 8  became 4 autoexp through filter 4

We also changed autoexposure setups for Opnav BPs from what was originally
in 00031.
