Detailed Description - Ridenlr

These were MSI observations taken during times when the NLR instrument was commanding pointing.
Almost all of these observations were pointed to nadir. A few were a few degrees off nadir.
We took MSI images usually spaced equally during the time period, but with time delta 
selected to make sure we have frame-to-frame overlap. 

Observation names varied throughout the mission between things like MSI_RideNLR, or MSI_NLRide, etc.
