     This information file is located in the SOFTWARE\INTERP directory, which 
contains source and executable code for interpolating the P/Halley daily      
ephemeris file EPHEM.TAB (in the EPHEM directory).  The source code           
OBSNTERP.FOR has been compiled and linked into MS-DOS- and VAX/VMS-based      
executables called PCNTERP.EXE and VAXNTERP.EXE, respectively.  The file      
OBSNTERP.TXT (in this directory) provides additional details, especially on   
the nature of the EPHEM.TAB file.
