  GVDR Documentation

     The DOCUMENT directory contains documentation for the GVDR volume
and its component files.  The DOCUMENT directory contains three files.
                                                                      
     The DOCINFO.TXT file (this file) contains a brief overview of    
the contents of the DOCUMENT directory.                               
                                                                      
     The file GVDRSIS.TXT contains the formal Software Interface      
Specification for the GVDR.  It contains information on the structure 
and content of the GVDR product.                                      
                                                                      
     The file TILING.TXT describes the tiling scheme used to store the
pixels that make up the GVDR images.                                  
                                                                      
     All are ASCII files with record lengths no longer than 80 bytes. 
The last two characters in each line are the carriage-return (ASCII   
13) and line-feed (ASCII 10).
