     1. The reference angle for which the GVXIF polynomial should be  
evaluated was omitted.  The function is                               
                                                                      
          sigma_zero = c2*(th-th0)^2 + c1*(th-th0) + c0               
                                                                      
GVXIF gives C2, C1, and C0 but not th0.  This will be repaired in the 
next version.  In the meantime, the incidence angle in the GVXIF can  
be used as an approximation to th0.
