     We have been unable to obtain any channelized engineering data for
1996/355 from the NERT Cache.  We obtain the error message:

          Couldn't open Nert Cache for Mgs1_cheng input
          TdmsSecantSearch target time is beyond the end of file

     Data for 1996/354 and 1996/356 (today) are accessible.

     We also have been unable to obtain ANY data from the PDB using
cdb_wotu.  During kerberos initialization we receive the error:

          kinit: Time is out of bounds (krb_rd_req)

After a "transfer" request we recieve a message to the effect that the
data sought are no longer in the PDB and that perhaps we should renew
our "show files" request.

     These problems have persisted since at least 0h UTC on 1996/356.
