These are all "status" channels, so there is no associated engineering value. Contrary to what you might expect USO_PWR=0 means power is ON. For the other two, "0" denotes inhibit, "1" denotes enable. 2) Some of the fields have been dropped (including TITLE); TITLE would be nice, but CHANNL has to suffice because of limited space on the line. Anyone who would like a list of the nearly 200 channels that I have decided are "interesting" should send me an e-mail request. I have only the somewhat less cryptic TITLE in most cases; full explanation of channel meanings needs some help from JPL. In quantities displayed, EU average has been supplemented with standard deviation. 3) The report number in the header (NOTE) has been replaced by the file name under which the report will be stored.
