But logical EOFs are sprinkled through the file and we have to locate and remove them one at a time. Frequency Analyses ------------------ Joe Twicken has analyzed the retransmitted data from USO Test #6. This file was obtained after the SECOND retransmission and there were no missing records. His report: I have processed the retransmitted ODS data from USO Test #6 (97/043). The retransmission occurred yesterday, and there were no missing records. As I have suspected, the Allan deviation improves at the short integration times when there are no missing records. I did not even bother to estimate the Allan deviation at 0.4 seconds in the original ODS. The Allan deviation estimates from the retransmitted ODS are as follows: t (sec) AD ------ ---------- 0.4096 sec 4.8396e-13 1.6384 sec 3.2380e-13 3.2768 sec 2.7660e-13 6.5536 sec 2.2838e-13 26.2144 sec 1.6779e-13 The original estimates are below: t (sec) AD ------ ---------- 1.6384 4.0302e-13 3.2768 2.8365e-13 6.5536 2.3127e-13 26.2144 1.6758e-13 Closed Loop Data ================ We have obtained the following files: TROPCAL: TROPCAL_94_970201_0216_DOPR.CSP EOP: 970217-eop.short ODF: 97048C049.DAT;1
