     The spacecraft switched to LGA between about 18h and 20h.

     L-0200 remains constant at 4.08 volts.  L-0201 rose slightly to 2.51
volts.  T-0315 continues to rise (+0.4C since yesterday) to 13.1C.

     We obtained the following files yesterday from OSCAR and EPIC:
         EOP: 970220-eop.short
         ODF: 97052C055.DAT;1
         ION: IONCAL_94_9702_9703_DOPR.CSP;1

     This morning we transferred 3 files from EPIC.  The last 2 are the first
"long" files we have been able to obtain in that format; we are continuing to
use Netscape 1.1N on the SOPC.  There were no new files on OSCAR.
