Queries for open loop data from long and/or overlapping passes have resulted in "time out" errors (see HEA7114A.TXT). Trish Priest suggested querying for less than the full time. These short queries have been successful, in general, but in some cases the "shorter" time intervals are becoming so small as to be impractical for data management (see below). Open Loop Data ============== Data Collection --------------- About 5 hours of a total 12 hours have been obtained from 97/110-111 in two intervals. Anomalies --------- There were 255 POCA order errors in the 97/110 interval there were 10 POCA order errors in the 97/111 interval. We queried for data on 1997/113, but encountered repeated "read errors" on the query server. The first query recovered about 90 minutes of data, but the second and third recovered 10 and 7, respectively. The fourth netted no data, at which point we gave up on 97/113 and went back to 97/110. Priest notes that data we reported as "not found" (HEA7114A.TXT) were probably delivered to another query server and cannot be accessed through Mgs_MASTER_QueryServer. We will have to obtain those through other means. Closed Loop Data ================ Data Collection --------------- Data collection continues, but labeling and cataloging is on hold while we deal with other problems.
