This report is being submitted by Joe Twicken. I am getting some practice
before Dick Simpson travels to Flagstaff next week. We have been unable
to connect to the NERT cache since yesterday afternoon so there is no
new Engineering data. Tom Boreham at JPL has confirmed that the system
there is down.
