Open Loop Data

     I was never able to successfully query for the ODS from USO Test #11.
     Dick has submitted an ISA concerning this problem. On Friday, I was able
     to obtain the ODS by ftp from Trish Priest of the MGS RSST. I was then
     able to complete an analysis of the USO Test data. I will include my
     report on the test with the Instrument Health Report that I submit
     tomorrow. 37 minutes of data were lost during the test due to a DSP
     error. The were also 10 missing ODS records. We will be requesting a
     retransmission of the ODS later this week to allow a meaningful estimate
     of Allan deviation over a range of integration times.
