Open Loop Data ============== Data Collection --------------- No new data. Paula Eshe has informed me that the ODS from USO Test #11 will be retransmitted from the station this evening. Hopefully, there will not be any missing records in the ODS following the retransmission. The original ODS which we obtained for Test #11 contained 10 missing records. I will transfer the ODS when I return next week and perform a complete Allan deviation analysis of the retransmitted data.
