On the other hand, we were able to transfer only small files from OSCAR via the Internet, presumably because of heavy Pathfinder loading of JPL circuits. Other JPL connections were performing poorly, so this was not exclusively an OSCAR problem. Three new DSN Weather files are available, but after an hour of ftp operation we had successfully transferred only part of one file. If this is indicative of MGS operations, we may need to have OSCAR files loaded on the CDB simply to get them to Stanford.
