The USO Test on L+3 didn't make it to the plan because the USO was turned
on right after launch and the L+3 test was supposed to look at the
initial warm up.  The first real USO Test with TLM off is on DOY 332 at
05:00-07:00 UTC.  We do have several more of these "glimpses" in the next
week and a half.
