Mail*Link=AE SMTP               CSA Update

Hello,

The update to the CSA was performed today.  The 1/4 degree pointing offset
should be fixed.  Please let me know if you see anything different in the
next open-loop data (after 063-20:35:00 UTC).  I have already asked Bill
Sjogren to do the same for closed-loop data.
