  HEA1068A.PS1:  Cumulative bytes of data collected by MGS Radio Science      
  instrumentation from Orbit Insertion and Mapping.  Radio Tracking Data are  
  ATDFs with typical sizes of 40 MB per file.  Radio Occultation Data are ODR 
  files collected at a rate of 5000 samples (approximately 8000 bytes) per    
  second. Relatively constant rate of tracking data accumulation reflects its 
  simple dependence on DSN coverage.  Irregular acquisition of occultation    
  data results from there being seasons during which occultations do or do not
  occur and changes in operations (such as Beta Supplement) which preclude
