It was reported in an earlier health report (HEA1141A.TXT) that there was no signal present in the data from occultations 9821i-9824i at DSS 45 (start times 2001/139-14:49:00 through 2001/139-20:42:00). No reason for the lack of carrier was given at the time. Aseel Anabtawi now reports that: It turns out that the predicts did not cover the correct time of any of the measurements.
