Cause is unknown. Signal from occultation 9880i (DSS 15, start time 2001/144-10:38:00) is badly broken up. During period when the carrier was present, signal levels vary by as much as 25 dB (raw sample power). After ingress, the raw sample power sometimes drops to almost 20 dB below the typical radiothermal noise floor. The symptoms resemble what one might expect from a loose connection, but the cause in this case is unknown. It is unlikely these data will be useful for science. Data from occultation 9881i (DSS 15, start time 2001/144-12:36:00) have the first record missing.
