Amplitude baseline of data starting 1999/104-18:34:00 shows two 1 dB dips about 3 minutes before ingress. Otherwise, baselines look very good. Six of the eight occultations show a clear surface echo in quick-look plots. Analyses -------- In response to a request from T/L Tyler, Joe Twicken has calculated USO frequency and Allan Deviation for a sample of data acquired since HGA deployment. Joe's report: Here are the numbers for the one occultation which I have been looking at in detail. Dave has already retrieved profiles for this one. The occultation was 339e, recorded at DSS 45 on 1999/095. The SNR was approximately 62 dB/Hz. I did not account for motion of the HGA phase center when making the stability estimates. The duration of the baseline from which I estimated the Allan deviation was less than three minutes.
