These may be useful in calibrating the USO. Anomalies --------- Six occultations on 1999/114 were lost when SPC 40 set up DSP-2 and the remote ops script expected DSP-1. Five more occultations were lost on 1999/115 for the same reason. And another five on 1999/116. Four occultations were lost on 1999/114 at SPC 60 when tuning predicts did not load. Another five were lost on 1999/115 for the same reason. DSS 54 did not drop the uplink in time for the spacecraft to go 1-way in data starting 1999/113-22:14:00. The DSP was idled early, and the (short) recording contains only noise. Data starting 1999/116-07:08:00 show a 2 dB drop in carrier amplitude in the 30 sec before ingress. A few of the occultations in the table above have short amplitude baselines (less than 3 minutes). A few have baselines with amplitude variations up to +/-0.3 dB. All were captured with telemetry ON.
