Carrier amplitude in data starting 1999/116-23:29:00 oscillates with an amplitude of about +/-0.2 dB and period about 30 sec. We have seen this on a few other recent recordings (e.g., 1999/113-21:34:00 and 1999/113-23:27:41, both also at DSS 54) but have not mentioned it before. Carrier amplitude on data starting 1999/117-03:25:00 drifts downward about 0.5 dB in the two minutes following egress.
