Also in these data is a pedestal of width 150 Hz peaking at less than 10 dB above the noise level; during Voyager days similar artifacts came from the maser system. Data starting at 1999/140-18:27:00 were collected during an ad hoc USO calibration. The spacecraft was one-way with telemetry on. 60 Hz sidebands are clearly visible in these data, however.
