Start times ran from 1999/152-04:14:00 to 08:42:00, inclusive. This loss was mentioned in yesterday's report (HEA9152A.TXT), but we did not have the explanation at that time. The next two occultations were lost because of a gap in DSN coverage. The following occultation (start time 1999/152-12:05:00, at DSS 45) contains noise only. Cause of this anomaly is not known. The occultation beginning at 1999/152-16:32:00 was captured at both DSS 45 and DSS 65. Carrier amplitude varies +/-2 dB in the DSS 65 data, so the low elevation angle probably makes these data far less useful for science.
