It was written at UCLA in 1995 and transferred to Stanford a couple years ago. Because the open-loop headers have two-digit years, the century had been hard-wired into the code. Joe Twicken has supplied "if" statements that now seem to be doing the job. We will be catching up with 2000/001 and later queries and quick-look processing shortly. A locally written script that translates e-mail messages to input files for quick-look processing had the year 1999 hard-wired into the code. That has been updated to 2000. Data expected beginning 1999/364T17:59:00 were lost because of a SPA-R initialization failure. Data expected beginning 1999/365T20:00:00 were lost because of a predicts problem at the station. Data expected to begin at 1999/365T03:46:00 and 1999/365T06:16:00 were late (see above table for actual times). In the latter case, the egress occultation was missed but a surface echo is still visible. Data beginning 1999/365T21:58:00 ended unexpectedly 4 min 53 sec early. Cause is unknown.
