  Caption: Figure shows Earth out-of-plane angle and sub-Earth latitude on    
  Mars for the time between MGS orbit insertion and end of the nominal        
  mission.  Earth out-of-plane angles larger than about 60 degrees correspond 
  to times when there are no occultations and maximum sensitivity to cross-   
  track gravitational perturbations.  Out-of-plane angles near 0 give         
  diametric occultations and maximum sensitivity to vertical gravity.
