Open Loop Data ============== Data Collection --------------- No new data (see note in Miscellaneous). Analysis -------- Aseel Anabtawi noted an apparent difference in the rate at which SPA-R initialization failures occur at the three DSN complexes. We have tabulated our results and find that the rate at SPC 40 is about half the rate at the other two. Figures below are for all occultations attempted during the current occultation season (since December 1999). Right column gives cumulative rate for all antennas at each complex. Individual rates calculated only when more than 100 occultations were attempted at an antenna.
