A query for ODS data from 97/270 was initiated at 16:17 UTC today; 4 hours later only 17 MB (of a total 156 MB) had been received. Under normal conditions data would flow at approximately 25 MB/hr. The ODS query was finally terminated to reduce interference with CDB transfers, which were also proceeding very slowly. The SAs have been contacted, but there has been no follow up. Data Control at JPL says there is nothing wrong on their end. On the other hand, after our problems earlier this week, ATDF transfers from OSCAR and OSCAR2 continue more-or-less normally via the Internet. The ISA (Z44213) was closed today. Our spacecraft engineering for 97/275 was terminated by a STOP command from Query Control. Total volume for the day was about 60 percent of what has been normal recently.
