SA Roger Lighty says that JPL systems were down late last week, but that problems since have apparently been in the Stanford-JPL router software. He has installed a temporary fix which gives us MOST functions (we still cannot connect with ProblemReporting to file ISAs, for example). For this health report we have collected a very small amount of spacecraft engineering and DSN monitor data from 97/299. Data from 97/296 through 97/298 will be written off as "lost". Internet ftp transfers of ATDFs were going so slowly this morning that we canceled them in favor of ODFs. This is a recurring problem and seems to be centered in networks/gateways between our magellan server and oscar/oscar2 at JPL.
