We attempted to submit an ISA on the Netscape problem via Internet; although we were able to connect with ProblemReporting, we were not able to activiate the "process" function. A FAX to Joy Bottenfield was prepared regarding both matters. But the FAX machine wouldn't transmit the screen-dump pages. So we have sent an e-mail outlining the problems, with documentation following via USPS. In the meantime, we have not had a new EOP file since 24 November; EOPs are delivered twice weekly from epic.jpl.nasa.gov via Netscape on the SOPC. All of the Solar Array CK files have apparently been replaced on the Project Data Base. In addition, another set of Solar Array files (with suffix "-r1") has been added. We have received no information on why this was done or what the new files are for; but we have asked Trish Priest to investigate.
