This compares with DSS 65 levels that have been consistently 6 dB below expectations. Data from DSS 15 on 98/053 (17:49:10) appear to have the sawtooth problem noted earlier (80350738.ODR, 80371448.ODR). Data from DSS 25 on 98/051 (18:38:40) have larger frequency residuals than usual.
