Disregard both versions of HEA8075A.TXT. This is the first report since HEA8072A.TXT because of the weekend. Bill Sjogren reports seeing "jumps" in one-way frequency residuals. We have re-examined T-0315 plots (USO temperature) on several recent days and see nothing particularly unusual in USO temperature. But Bill has found good correlation between temperature values and the residuals. Apparently the spacecraft reorientations, which result in +/-1C variations about the mean of 10C are enough to move the USO off its predicted frequency and Bill is seeing these in the closed-loop one-way data. Trish Priest is looking at the spacecraft sequence. Occultation data scheduled for 1998/074 at DSS 65 were not obtained because the DSP was still "red." Data were obtained from DSS 54 on 1998/075, however. Note presence of several uncommon file types in the list of newly acquired ancillary files: LIT, MIF, MPD, SCK.
