  Anomalies
  ---------

     DSS 63 data show higher SNR than DSS 25 data, but not by the ratio
expected between 70-m and BWG antennas.  Both ingress occultations occurred
after the HGA slewed away from Earth point (this was expected).  The 11
records missing from the DSS 63 ingress occultation are contiguous and cover
08:53:28.2 through 08:53:30.4; the HGA slew began at 08:50:09 and the surface
occultation was predicted for 08:52:14.
