Since those data appear to be available reliably from the usual source, Mgs_MASTER_QueryServer, we have switched our queries back to that server. We attempted to submit an ISA, but the ProblemReporting service was inaccessible. Open Loop Data ============== Data Collection --------------- No new data. Analysis -------- Joe Twicken processed the one-way data acquired on 98/191. Using the NAV trajectory solution (spk_i_980709_OD417-418_446_V1) he found the carrier drifted 2 Hz in 25 minutes. This indicates either the orbit solution is not very accurate (probable) or that the USO has suffered a major loss in stability. If the MOLA POD Team produces a trajectory solution, we will try again. The present data are insufficient to allow calculation of a USO frequency.
