Engineering Data

     Queries submitted to the Mgs_MASTER server last night and this morning
have either been rejected (no connection) or failed (no data available).
ISA Z48955 has been submitted.  We have successfully initiated a query for
channelized spacecraft engineering data from the Mgs_CDR server; but it has
several more hours to run, so no data are available for the daily health
report.  Mgs_CDR has no channelized DSN monitor data.  Upon completion of the
spacecraft query, we will attempt to get monitor data from the Mgs_SCT server.
