The ingress occultation occurring at approximately 1998/350-19:00:00 was not captured because of a conflicting spacecraft trajectory correction maneuver. Analyses -------- Joe Twicken has completed analysis of a long one-way transmission for USO statistics. His report: The open-loop recording for occultation #860i included approximately 28 minutes of one-way data prior to the occultation.
