The first 6 have either no signal or an unusually weak signal (start times 1999/050-00:19:00 through 1999/050-05:06:00, inclusive). The next 4 were lost to a DSP failure (start times 1999/050-06:15:00 through 1999/050-09:04:00, inclusive). The 11th and 13th have no signal (start times 1999/050-10:12:00 and 12:10:00). The 12th occultation appears to be normal except for some spectral noise below the carrier after egress. The 14th and 16th occultations (start times 1999/050-13:01:00 and 15:00:00) appear to have 2-way ramping on egress - an unexpected condition. The 15th occultation (start time 1999/050-14:10:00) has wild amplitude fluctuations resulting from DSS 45 pointing errors. The 18th and 19th occultation (start times 1999/050-18:08:00 and 18:57:00) have not been found in Mgs_CDR_QueryServer. The 22nd occultation (start time 1999/050-22:04:00) was observed on the LGT, as a TMO burn occurred almost simultaneously. The first 5 ingress occultations observed on 1999/051 have unusually ragged amplitude baselines. This appears to be because the 2-way ramped signal is drifting more than normal in the post-burn bandpass. Data starting at 1999/051-13:46:00 were collected with the wrong filter. Signals collected starting 1999/051-22:26:00 saturated the analog-to-digital converters and will not be useful for science. Data collected beginning 1999/051-19:39:00 may suffer from the "sawtooth" problem. There was apparently no DSN coverage for the occultation starting at 1999/051-23:35:00. Ingress occultations (with telemetry ON) continue to have SNR typically 16 dB lower than egress occultations (telemetry OFF).
