NAVIGATION PERFORMANCE:
Retract the APXS and reposition the vehicle with rear vehicle facing
Half Dome rock before placing the APXS on the rock.
The APXS was retracted successfully after failing to place the APXS onto
Halfdome rock yesterday. The turning-in-place command was failed due to
the differential exceeded its navigation safety limit. The subsequent
APXS deploy command was not carried out due to the same reason. Overall
the X, Y and Z accels showed no anomalous readings today.
