Notes to Rover Team:
- Sequence ROV_CS_Primary_C was uploaded to the rover as a set of patches on
SOL 80 (in sequence 58010B).
- This sequence performs 6 SOLs of standard runout
- If uninterrupted for 6 SOLs (until SOL92), the sequence sets the mission phase to Extended, and
transfers control the the Extended Mission contingency sequence, which
will drive the rover toward the lander under the assumption that the rover
is in a communications null location
