What URL(s) should we use?

COCIRS_*/DATASET.CAT
- DATA_SET_ID = {"CO-S-CIRS-2/3/4-TSDR-V3.2", "CO-S-CIRS-5-CUBES-V1.0"}
Each dataset should have its own DATASET.CAT. I can split this file into two if you like.
- DATA_SET_NAME exceeds 60 characters:
"CASSINI SATURN CIRS TIME-SEQUENTIAL DATA AND SPECTRAL CUBES RECORDS V3.2"
- DATA_SET_NAME should correspond 1-to-1 with DATA_SET_ID, so if there are 2 datasets, perhaps:
"CASSINI SATURN CIRS TIME-SEQUENTIAL DATA RECORDS V3.2"
"CASSINI SATURN CIRS SPECTRAL CUBES RECORDS V3.2"

COCIRS_*/CIRSREF.CAT
- This had many mistakes Attached is a corrected version. As a bonus,
I hunted down the DOIs. Should I email this to Conor Nixon to get him to adopt?

COCIRS_*/VOLDESC.CAT
VOLUME_NAME exceeds 60 characters:
"CASSINI CIRS SATURN RAW DATA, CALIBRATED DATA, AND SPECTRAL IMAGE CUBE ARCHIVE"
Perhaps the old value
"CASSINI CIRS SATURN RAW AND CALIBRATED DATA ARCHIVE" until I hear otherwise.

COMAG*/VOLDESC.CAT
All set NSSDC_DATA_SET_ID. Comment it out, and replace keyword with nSSDC_d...

COUVIS/SSSBDS.CAT
DATA_SET_NAME exceeds 60 characters. Please change
"CASSINI ORBITER SATURN UVIS SOLAR STELLAR BRIGHTNESS TIME SERIES V1.3"
to
"CASSINI ORBITER SATURN UVIS SOLAR STELLAR BRIGHTNESS 1.3"
The other datasets should follow suit, which also matches what V1.2 did

SWAVDS.CAT:
DATA_SET_ID = "CO-J-UVIS-2-WAV-V1.3" should be "CO-S-..."



COUVIS/VOLDESC.CAT
For both DATA_SET_ID and DATA_SET_CATALOG, use {} for multiple values, not ().

COMIMI2*:
On PPI's website, the three dataset.cats all have V1.0, but the voldescs and
the labels to the data all have V1.1. From Debra Kazden's email, it doesn't
sound like a new dataset.cat is coming today (April 2). I think the new
dataset.cat will have good info, so my preferred lie is to keep V1.0 (and
muck with voldesc.cat)
