All the hsk.cat were wrong. In the two RESOURCE_INFORMATION objects,
  RESOURCE_ID = "BROWSERP_MEX-M-SPI-2-IRRDR-CLEANED-EXT3-V1.0"
  RESOURCE_ID = "DVO_MEX-M-SPI-2-IRRDR-CLEANED-EXT3-V1.0"
The PDS3 ingest does care as the Resource Manager (never used?) now points
all these datasets to the one MEX SPI site. The PDS4 ingest seems not to care,
but I hate to leave that in case there's some future correction or reingest.

mexmrs_3825, _3826, _3828, _3829 were ingested in 2020.12
