" ABSTRACT_DESC = " This data set collects shape models and their associated coordinate systems for the Rosetta target 67P/1969 R1 (Churyumov- Gersimenko). These were produced by the mission teams based on data obtained at the comet. " DATA_SET_DESC = " Data Set Overview ================= This dataset contains a variety of shape models for comet 67P/Churyumov-Gerasimenko, the target of the Rosetta mission, together with the definitions of the coordinate systems for the comet. There are, at this point, two sources of shape models - the 3-D Modeling group of the OSIRIS science team and the Flight Dynamics team. Even within the OSIRIS team there are two approaches to the shape model, stereophotoclinomtry and stereophotogrametry, which are best on different parts of the comet. There are also models created at different times, from the earliest models created on approach to the final model that will not be created until the end of the mission. Finally, the highest-resolution models are too large for convenient manipulation and too detailed for many applications, so the dataset includes reduced resolution versions of the high- resolution models. Details are given in the document directory. The version number of the dataset will be incremented as additional shape models are added to it since not all shape models will be available at the initial review of the data. " CONFIDENCE_LEVEL_NOTE = " Confidence Level Overview ========================= The shape models and coordinate systems comprising this data set are still in development as of this writing.
