CONTOUR Remote Imaging Spectrograph - Spectrometer (CRISPEC)

This catalog file is a placeholder for the Spectrometer optics and detector
portion of the CONTOUR CRISP instrument.  See the catalog file

  CRISINST.CAT

for details of the entire instrument, including the spectrometer.

The reason for this placeholder is that the CRISP instrument is effectively
two instruments working independently in a single package, so it is
convenient to use separate INSTRUMENT_ID's to distinguish between the
two instruments.  Since there is no way to put two INSTRUMENT_ID's in one
instrument catalog file, this file holds one of the INSTRUMENT_ID's, but
the information about the instrument is in the general CRISINST.CAT file.
