  This release contains the complete set of New Horizons (NH) SPICE kernels
  for the Launch (Commissioning) mission phase, the Jupiter Encounter phase,
  the eight Annual Checkouts (ACOs) of the Pluto Cruise phase, the Pluto
  Encounter mission phase i.e. through late 2016, and the start of the KEM
  Cruise 1 phase between Pluto and 2014 MU69, the first KBO (Kuiper Belt
  Object).  It provides one new C-Kernel for 2016, the latest LeapSecond-
  Kernel (NAIF0012), the latest NH Spacecraft-CLock-Kernel, an updated Meta-
  Kernel, an updated spin state document, and trajectory ephemerides for
  several KBOs observed by the NH spacecraft in 2016."
