  This release contains the complete set of New Horizons (NH) SPICE kernels
  for the Launch (Commissioning) mission phase, the Jupiter Encounter phase,
  the eight Annual Checkouts (ACOs) of the Pluto Cruise phase, the Pluto
  Encounter mission phase i.e. through late 2016, the KEM (Kuiper Belt
  Extended Mission) Cruise 1 phase between Pluto and Arrokoth (2014 MU69),
  the Arrokoth Encounter, the post-Arrokoth cruise phase, and the start of
  the KEM2 (Kuiper Belt Extended Mission 2) phase.
  It includes an update to the MetaKernel, new C-kernels with coverage
  through mid-2024, PC-kernel files with improved Arrokoth information,
  the latest NH Spacecraft-Clock-Kernel, a new Arrokoth shape model, and
  new SP-Kernels for gas giant planets and a distant KBO."
