          The PDS Planetary Atmospheres Node provides online access
          to a variety of data sets related to planetary atmospheres.
          The Atmospheres database is accessed via the Planetary
          Atmospheres Node Data Analysis (PANDA) system. PANDA
          provides users a means of examining the available data
          sets, constraining individual data sets, and creating ASCII
          files containing those records of a data set satisfying the
          specified constraints; a variety of analysis and plotting
          utilities are also provided. Users may copy any files
          created (data and/or plots) to their host computer system
          for further analysis.
