                This collection contains seven days of radio occultation measurements of
                the atmosphere of Venus acquired by the Pioneer Venus Orbiter Turbulence
                Experiment (OTUR) between 1978-12-13 and 1979-02-05. The data are selected
                time series of received signal amplitude, with time constants chosen to
                resolve the very rapid amplitude fluctuations associated with radio
                scintillations caused by temperature fluctuation/turbulence in the
                atmosphere of Venus. The data are the contents of experimenter-supplied
                data in ASCII format on magnetic tape, held at the NASA Space Science Data
                Coordinated Archive (NSSDCA) as dataset PSPA-00398.
