collection_document.xml is the same as before even though
collection_document_inventory.csv added a line,
P,urn:nasa:pds:relab:document:relab_data_release_notes::1.0

So on localhost:8080, remove all 3 products urn:nasa:pds:relab:document* ALREADYDONEON -GAMMA
NOPE: no relab:document was ingested before. Straight ingest
NOPENOPE: on -gamma, 20201106 had document, but it wasn't ingested. Hmmm...
